What is an Employee Share Ownership Plan?
An Employee Share Ownership Plan is a program reserved for employees, enabling them to invest in Group shares on preferential terms.
When an employee participates in an ESOP, he or she becomes an “employee shareholder”, or increases his or her shareholding if he or she is already a shareholder.
ESOP 2025 is Capgemini 12th employee share ownership plan.
